Spoke about the importance of developing and leveraging Emotional Intelligence and the growth of Human Centered Leadership to increase organizational effectiveness. Delivered a Keynote Presentation remotely for Brazil's Annual QP Summit to speak about the role of Emotional Intelligence in Leadership and how Human Centered Leadership was critical for the Workplaces of the future.
