Saint Paul, Minnesota. Presented to hundreds of leaders at the Leadership Forum "People First!" by the Metropolitan Council of the Twin Cities. Event took place at the Saint Paul RiverCentre.

Hispanic Star Webinar. Spoke to members of the Hispanic Star Members, a program by the We Are All Human Foundation.

Saint Paul, Minnesota. Spoke to members of the Southern Minnesota Regional Legal Services (SMRLS), during its Annual Appreciation Luncheon at the InterContinental Hotel in Downtown Saint Paul.

Bloomington, Indiana. Spent a day with MBA Students at the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and engaged with students in a conversation about Emotional Intelligence and Human Centered Leadership. Discussed the evolution of Leadership and the critical changes happening in the workplace.

Minneapolis, Minnesota. Presented at the inaugural Elevate Conference, hosted by the Carlson School of Management of the University of Minnesota. The conference provided essential career advancement and professional development content for Professionals of Color and women.  

Speakers and panelists included C-Suite leaders, career coaches, and industry experts who provided actionable insights for participants to begin applying immediately in their career or job search for professional advancement. 

Saint Paul, Minnesota. Presented to hundreds of executives and business leaders as the Keynote Speaker at the 2022 Equity Summit. The Summit was themed "Inspiring Human Centered Leadership". Spoke about the importance of developing and leveraging Emotional Intelligence and the growth of Human Centered Leadership to increase organizational effectiveness.  Was hired back to present in the 2023 Summit. Presented about Effective Communication & Storytelling.

Minneapolis, Minnesota. Presented for the community of startups in the Twin Cities in Minnesota. Conducted an interactive session about Human Centered Leadership and Emotional Intelligence.

Greenville, South Carolina. Delivered a Keynote Presentation at the 2022 Peace and Conference Resolution Conference in South Carolina. Joined multiple experts in various fields to engage in a discussion about techniques to help with peace negotiations. Presented to hundreds of business, organizational and community leaders about the role of Emotional Intelligence in peace negotiations and conflict resolution.

Juiz de Fora, Minas Gerais, Brazil. Delivered a Keynote Presentation remotely for Brazil's Annual QP Summit to speak about the role of Emotional Intelligence in Leadership and how Human Centered Leadership was critical for the Workplaces of the future. The presentation was watched by over 3,700 attendees.

Eagan, Minnesota. Presented to a group of top students about the role of Emotional Intelligence in Leadership, as a Guest Instructor at the Youth Leadership Academy, in collaboration with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the Eagan Police Department.

Minneapolis, Minnesota. Engaged in a facilitated interactive discussion with the faculty and managing staff at the Minneapolis College to discuss Emotional Intelligence, Human Centered Leadership and the generational, cultural and technological changes influencing the workplace.
